We only ship wine to those States that are allowed to recieve shipments of wine (alcohol)

theWinetoBuy.com will not assume any liability for wine that is damaged during the shipping process due to bad weather. Please make sure of the weather conditions before placing any orders and make sure an adult is present to sign for the wine.
