During my 28 year adventure in the wine business, I've been fortunate enough to collect, cellar and drink some of the most exciting wines there are and I'm sure many of you wine lovers have also put away and/or cellared plenty of gems or at the very least the wines that you put away have benefited greatly from some cellaring.
