This Syrah has an intense light ruby red color with purple reflections. Its aromas unfold intensely and cleanly, with floral notes of red roses, red fruit, strawberry jam, a touch of leather, black pepper and aniseed notes. Thanks to an aging carried out entirely in French oak barrels of different sizes, the palate presents a very interesting complexity, with lactic flavors, refreshing pine aromas and a balanced touch of vanilla, fine tannins, intertwined in a smooth texture.
