The grapes are produced directly on the farm on soils chosen for their peculiar characteristics of jacitura and exposure, as well as pedoclimates conducive to an ideal maturation. The grapes are collected and transported to the cellar, to be unpacked, patted and placed in fermenters in thermo-conditioned steel, with the addition of selected yeasts. The maceration takes place at a controlled temperature for 10 days at the end of a soft pressing. The wine after a short natural decanting stop in steel containers for about six months, then be bottled. Intense red color, with purple shades, immediately expresses a hint of marasca cherry, followed by the plum jam and dark chocolate. The fragrance is suggested to the smell, complexed by a soft and enveloping tannins. The retolfactory notes bring back to the marasca.
