The 2018 Cuvee Les Truffiers is bright and lifted, yet it also has the depth of the best wines in this range. Merlot on thinner clay over limestone yields a wine of drive, tension and energy. White pepper, chalk, blood orange, cinnamon and star anise add pretty aromatic notes. This is such a distinctive wine.
