The organic grapes are grown at 1200 feet in clay and slate in the extremely diverse region of Galicia. A very intense and aromatic nose gives the first impression that this wine means business. Key-lime, tart green apple, and some plantain aromas are much spryer than the richly textured palate. The roundness of the mid-palate is what separates this grape variety from other crisp whites. The finish is round with matching acidity.
