This Vernaccia was harvested at 300 meters above sea level. This 100% Vernaccia is gently pressed prior to fermentation in stainless steel vats at controlled temperatures for one month. After fermentation the wine is moved to stainless tanks where is it left to rest on its lees for approximately four months prior to bottling. This Tuscan beauty has an intense nose reminiscent to apples and hawthorne. It is balanced and harmonious with a pleasingly long and vibrant finish. It is best paired with appetizers, fish, shell fish, white meats and mild cheeses.
