In the glass it turns out to be a harmonious wine that is at the same time pleasant, satisfying and easy to drink. The rotation of the liquid in the glass allows a glimpse of its consistency,
Characteristics of Gianni Gagliardo’s Fallegro wine
Fallegro uve Favorita or pure Piedmontese Vermentino, one of the Piedmontese white wines, dry to the taste and with a showy consistency. In the glass, the paper yellow color allows a glimpse of greenish reflections, an indication of good fresh and young wine. Fallegro on the nose has the aromas of ripe fruit and hints of mineral, fine and elegant notes of summer scrub. In the mouth it is immediately warm, soft, the freshness given by the ample acidity and flavor makes it fine and persistent. Balanced wine with excellent structure, in the finish it has a note of bitter almond typical of Vermentino.
