Fontanafredda’s Gavi di Gavi is a dry white wine with a lot of personality, straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose is broad, with an intense bouquet reminiscent of flowers, lemon, lily of the valley and unripe apple. Very fine character, aromas of fresh citrus and vanilla on the nose, light floral aromas. On the palate it is full, mineral, with an elegant structure and very harmonious acidity.
