The workhorse of the estate, this vintage of the 2024 Greppicante celebrates the 20th harvest of Greppicante. A youthful ruby red color, it’s mostly Merlot, with about 20% each Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon in the blend. While medium to full-bodied and elegant, it leans more vertically in this vintage, with notes that are balanced and really refreshing and floral. A finessed red with refined tannins, I appreciate the restraint this wine captures. Drink 2026-2036.
