Wayfarer 2022 Pinot Noir Wayfarer Vineyard
$78.99Sonoma Coast California
Jeb Dunnuck 97 Rating
A bright red ruby hue, the 2022 Pinot Noir The Estate is lifted in the glass and has a lot of fresh, bright notes of rosy perfume, grenadine, rosemary, and sweet earth. Medium-bodied, it has a vibrant energy and savory drive on the palate, with notes of salty earth and tea leaf, a light umami richness, ripe tannins, and evenly balanced acidity. It is lovely all the way through and is going to show its best if given more time in bottle. Drink 2026-2040. R36-6 SP8-12 -

Wayfarer 2023 Pinot Noir Wayfarer Vineyard
$94.99Sonoma Coast California
Wine Spectator 95 Rating
Offers beautifully rendered notes of hibiscus, rose petal, damson plum and mulberry that stretch out lengthily thanks to the fine-beaded acidity and taut, precise tannins. The sapid finish lets in tea and incense hints amid the glistening fruit. Best from 2026 through 2036. 1,300 cases made. R43-4 BX-18 -

Wolffer Estate 2024 Summer In A Bottle Sauvignon Blanc
Price range: $26.99 through $132.00Long Island New York
“The color is pale shinny yellow. The aroma is delicate with fine gooseberries, fresh dandelions, and lime. The mouthfeel is elegant yet vibrant with fine green apple notes and great balance between the nice fruit, like ripe kiwi and honeydew melon and the playful acidity. There are nice layers of skin characters and lovely lees notes backed by classic minerality giving great structure to the long lip-smacking finish. The perfect wine to pair with food, especially Oysters!” -Winery

Deep amber color. A wild, exotically perfumed bouquet exudes toffee, orange peel, caramel, toasted nuts and cherry pit, with a spicy top note. Sweet, penetrating and impressively lithe for its sweetness, offering intense toffeed apple, fig paste and caramel flavors along with a touch of gingerbread. Closes with excellent clarity and length, leaving smoke, toffee and cinnamon notes behind.

The 2013 Grenache High Sands has a medium/deep ruby-purple color and simply stunning nose of crushed raspberries, Bing cherries and potpourri with hints of lavender, star anise, vanilla, cinnamon stick and pepper. The concentrated, full-bodied palate juxtaposes remarkable freshness and a firm, finely grained backbone with voluptuous fruit spanning extraordinary depth. Heady, multilayered and yet with a solid backbone that suggests great ageing potential, Yangarra hits a whole other level with this vintage of High Sands! It's delicious now, but should greatly reward another 3-5 years of patience and drink a further 20+ years. Wow. SP39-5 -

Very aromatic, pushing out aromas of dried red and black fruit, including dried blueberries and dates, together with a nice, spicy layer of nutmeg and pressed flowers. Full-bodied with an amazingly harmonious texture to the palate, thanks to the dense, very fine tannins that also provide super length. There’s a bright, saline mineral note that kicks in and pushes the finish even further. Exquisite Amarone. Drink or hold. R45-6
