Always a good value, the 2018 Todos checks in as a kitchen sink blend of 45% Syrah, 21% Cabernet Sauvignon, 14% Petit Verdot, 9% Petite Sirah, and the rest Merlot and other miscellaneous varieties. Its inky, glass-staining purple color is followed by a beautiful bouquet of smoked black fruits, bouquet garni, peppered meat, and hints of crushed rock. It’s rich, medium to full-bodied, beautifully balanced, and just a gorgeous wine. SP27-10 -

Peach and melon fruit is offset by a bitter citrus note in this tense, well-structured white. An intense version, with hints of wild herbs and a stony feel on the finish. Drink now through 2028.

Joseph Phelps 2020 Sauvignon Blanc
$49.99Napa Valley California
The 2020 Sauvignon Blanc leaps from the glass with aromatic white flower, orange blossom and pleasing citrus peel undertones. Round and richly textured with delicately laced acid and mineral notes, tangy ripe apple, candied pear, and lemon linger throughout the palate to a satisfying hibiscus, rose hip and vanilla finish. Joseph Phelps 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon
$84.99 – $468.00Napa Valley California

Looking at the Cabernet releases, the 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley is deep purple-hued and has a classic nose of ripe currants, tobacco, lead pencil, and chocolate. This rich, fleshy, full-bodied 2021 has solid mid-palate depth, the structure and density that's the hallmark of the vintage, and a great finish. It's a beauty.

Lovely energy to this with lavender and rose petal with strawberries and raspberries. Slate and stone undertones. Minerality. Seaweed. Medium- to full-bodied with creamy tannin's. Fine texture. Fresh at the end. Tension in the finish. Drink or hold. SP5-6 regular $69.99

Juan Gil 2021 Blue Label
$29.99 – $156.00Jumilla Spain
Wine Spectator 93 Rating
An aromatic thread of toast, licorice, vanilla and Mediterranean macchia winds through generous flavors of plum sauce and blackberry paste. Full-bodied but fresh and well-structured, this red is firmed by chalky, integrated tannins that sculpt the long, lasting finish. Monastrell, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah. Drink now through 2031.
