The wine has a pale lemon-yellow color. The nose offers freshness, airiness, the acidity of fresh citrus fruits and fresh herbs, as well as a racy minerality. It expresses notes of limestone and dry stone, with a very light touch of flint smoke in the background, chiseled aromas of green apple, lime zest, yellow lemon, grapefruit, as well as a floral hint of linden and a delicate note of gooseberries in the background. The attack on the palate is mineral, limestone, slightly smoky. It also expresses the acidity and a slight bitterness of lime, yellow lemon, grapefruit, a herbaceous and floral hint of linden in the background.
