A Cellar Selection
This stunning wine opens with enticing aromas of menthol, star anise, wild berry and tobacco. Full-bodied yet weightless and boasting great energy, the delicious palate delivers ripe Marasca cherry, crushed raspberry, licorice and baking spice framed in firm, refined tannins. It's well-balanced by fresh acidity. Drink 2026–2038. R26-3 -
Chateau Senejac 2019 Haut-Medoc
$29.99 – $288.00Bordeaux France
Decanter Magazine 91 Rating
Extremely juicy cassis and enticing hedgerow here, this is bright, perky, less flesh on the bones than 2018 but with plenty of character. It settles in the glass, and you feel the build up of tannins. Will be interesting to taste in bottle, there is real potential here.

Chateau Senejac 2018 Haut-Medoc
$29.99 – $300.00Bordeaux France
Antonio Galloni 93 Rating
The 2018 Sénéjac has an attractive bouquet of blackberry and raspberry fruits, touches of graphite and pressed flowers. I admire the precision of this Haut-Médoc. The palate is medium-bodied with fine-grained tannins, well-judged new oak (25%) and a touch of dark chocolate toward the finish. This has real panache and class and comes highly recommended.

This shows density and structure for a 2015 with ripe tannins and bright fruit character. Full body. Chewy texture. Extremely well done for Médoc.

Fresh and dusty red plums and cherries with some olives. A medium-bodied merlot with some chewy tannins and juicy red fruit with a saline smack. An easy, well-balanced merlot that still shows typicality. Drink now.

On the nose, blackberry, currant, and plum are layered with dried, crushed herbs and licorice. On the palate, cedar, vanilla, nutmeg, and toasted coconut lead as plum and dried blackberries culminate in a lush, full mouthfeel and a lengthy, balanced finish.

Aromatically rich notes of dried peaches, apricot and banana bread mingle with cinnamon sticks and vanilla beans. The wine starts with a ripe attack but is dry on the palate with flavors of yellow apples, pears, and a hint of beer hops on the finish.

Chateau Tour St-Christophe 2018 St-Emilion Grand Cru
$49.99Bordeaux France
Jeb Dunnuck 95 Rating
Emerging from a beautiful, terraced vineyard on the eastern side of Saint-Emilion, the 2018 Château Tour Saint Christophe is based on 80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Franc that was brought up in 40% new French oak. Its vivid purple color is followed by a great nose of blackcurrants, blueberries, tobacco leaf, chocolate, violets, and chocolate. Hitting the palate with medium to full-bodied richness, it has this wonderful sense of purity and elegance, a touch of chalky minerality, flawless balance, and a great finish. This beautiful, elegant, seamless Saint-Emilion needs 4-5 years of bottle age but will evolve for 20-25 years. You won't regret having this in the cellar. 95+. SP54-8 R7-2
