We produced our first bottling of this wine in 2000, blown away by how pretty the Viognier fruit was we were seeing in the vineyards, and the flavors that burst from the grape when you popped one into your mouth. We love the uniqueness of this white variety and strive to always create a wine showcasing beautiful fruit, and the delicacy and freshness of our cooler Oregon climate..

A luscious, chocolaty aroma comes from partly American oak barrels for some coconut and vanilla tones over lavish dark plum and blackberry flavors. The texture is velvety smooth but firmed up by fine-grained tannins. Drink or hold.

Ornellaia 2021 Bolgheri Superiore
$249.99Tuscany Italy
Wine Spectator 98 Rating
An intense red, defined by lively acidity and framed by dense, ripe tannins that showcase its black currant, blackberry, violet and toasty oak aromas and flavors. Iron and wild herb accents emerge as this plays out on the finish. Though expressive at this stage, this youthful version will benefit from time in bottle. Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot. Best from 2027 through 2046. SP42-3 -

There is a creaminess to the texture in this white, whose profile borders on broad and muscular. Apple, lemon and stone flavors hold center court, while elements of spice and mineral lurk on the lingering finish. Best from 2024 through 2036. 175 cases imported..

Cliff Lede 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Poetry
$329.99Napa Valley California
Wine Advocate 100 Rating
The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Poetry is a blend of 89% Cabernet Sauvignon, 3% Merlot, 4% Cabernet Franc and 4% Petit Verdot. Deep garnet-purple colored, it sails out of the glass with energetic scents of fresh blackcurrants, black cherries and black raspberries, plus hints of candied violets, dark chocolate, clove oil and fragrant earth. Medium to full-bodied, the palate is exquisitely fine-knitted with tons of graceful nuances intertwined with the many shades of black fruits, accented by SO MANY minerals, finishing epically long and staggeringly gorgeous. Faiveley 2020 Mazis-Chambertin Grand Cru
$249.99Burgundy France
TimAtkin.com 97 Rating
Exotic, dark and turbo-charged, this wine is wound up with sweet black plums and blackberries, anise and forest floor. It’s definitely a wine for those that like bolder, chunkier Pinots, whether you drink it soon or wait a few decades. Speaking of which, Jérôme feels strongly that it is best to wait ten years before trying this wine. For the less patient, I implore you to wait at least six or seven years! 2026-42. SP4-1 -

Peach and melon fruit is offset by a bitter citrus note in this tense, well-structured white. An intense version, with hints of wild herbs and a stony feel on the finish. Drink now through 2028.

Chateau Ducluzeau 2016 Red Blend Listrac
$29.99 – $150.00Bordeaux France
Jeb Dunnuck 90 Rating
From the team at Ducru-Beaucaillou, the 2016 Château Ducluzeau is possibly one of the finest Listracs produced in any vintage. This beauty offers a medium ruby color to go with a terrific perfume of sweet cherry and dark fruits that are supported by loads of leafy herbs, damp earth, and even hints of graphite. Shockingly deep, medium-bodied, and beautifully concentrated, with ripe tannins, it shines for its purity and nuance but offers serious intensity as well. It’s a fabulous wine to drink over the coming 10-15 years.
