It's beautifully balanced, elegant, and refreshing on the palate, and certainly impeccably made. It's ideal for drinking over the coming 4-6 years. The blend is 80% Grenache Blanc, 10% Clairette, and the balance Bourboulenc and Roussanne, brought up in stainless steel.
