Fest and deeper, nutty, tobacco-like and woody-spicy, also slightly ethereal scent of very ripe black and a little red berries with paprika notes, black olives and dried Mediterranean herbs, a bit of tomato paste and pepper. Firmly structured, quite juicy fruit, with a presence of fine tannins and an invigorating bite, delicate nutty, chocolaty and tobacco-like wood notes, Mediterranean herbs and also rather dark, peppery-juniper ethereal spice, lasting on the palate, complex, good depth, still little developed, hinted salt in the background, a bit of coffee and dark chocolate, very good, firm, dense, juicy and spicy finish. Should age.
