The wine is crafted by Alejandro Vigil, a renowned winemaker, who employs innovative techniques including fermentation and aging in 500-liter French oak barrels, with 35% new oak, and a veil of flor yeast similar to Fino Sherry, enhancing texture and depth. The grapes are sourced from high-altitude vineyards, giving the wine a crisp acidity and a pure expression of mountain Chardonnay.
