Petit describes the wine’s restraint and elegance, as snappy acidity and silky tannins match restrained alcohol. The Petit is packed with the aromas and flavors of Bing cherries, lemon zest, bittersweet dark chocolate and a wisp of coriander and oak spice. The wine feels soft and refined on the palate. It spent 20 days on the skins and nine months in a mix of stainless steel and French oak.
