Valenti 2019 L’innesto Nerello Mascalese Bianco

An impressive showing from the Volcanic Hills of Mt Etna. This Etna Bianco has a slightly golden yellow hue. The aromas of peach, flowers and tropical fruits are enticing. It's medium in weight with classic minerality from this geographic location. There's a roundness with lovely flavors of Orchard fruits coupled with a tense acidity and a nice lick of salinity. Highly enjoyable with Crab.
