There’s a curious magic that goes on in some of Greg Brewer’s Chardonnays, which can be an acquired taste because they are unlike other Chards but always deliver intriguing sensations. This bottling smells of dairy, damp earth and minty verbena on the nose. The palate combines sage-y herbs with wet rocks as flashes of yuzu peel add vibrancy.
