Aged 22 months in 80% new French oak, the 2023 Cabernet Sauvignon shows a dense purple hue with a Bordeaux-like character in its black and blue fruits, sappy herbs, leather, and graphite. It’s medium to full-bodied, nicely concentrated, has ripe, nicely integrated tannins, and outstanding length. Drink this complex, nuanced, supple, satisfying Spring Mountain Cabernet over the coming 10-12 years. Drink 2025-2037. Most stores $84.99
