The wine represents a blend of fruit from Serralunga d’Alba (Collaretto, Briccolina, Broglio and Le Turne) and one site in Castiglione Falletto. Elegance is underlined in this wine that shows wild berry, dried blueberry and a sweet touch of lilac over a medium-dark finish. The wine’s texture manages to be direct and linear but generous at the same time.

But I was so excited to hear and taste the new project featuring Chenin Blanc. I have long been a fan of the expressions from around the world. This selection is fresh, vibrant, with aromas of citrus peel, white flowers, apple, and notes of green papaya on the nose; the texture and flavors on the palate are flinty with layers of White peaches, melon, spiced orange, and mouth-watering acidity on the finish.
