This incredible Value in the world of Brut Champagne. Very fresh with citrus, pear and floral notes. It segways nicely into a delicious toasty and yeasty character that I like. This is truely a bargain to have around to enjoy now and over the upcoming holidays throughout the year.

  • Aloft 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon

    $189.99

    Howell Mountain Napa Valley California
    Wine Advocate 95 Rating
The 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon also tips the scales at 15.5% and had the same oak aging and, like its siblings, is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon. Like the vintage, this is front-end loaded with beautiful aromatics of blue and black fruits, spring flowers, damp earth and lead pencil shavings. The terrific fruit follows through on the attack and midpalate with sweet tannin and low acidity. The flavor profile builds incrementally to finish with gentleness and opulence. This is a wine to drink over the next 15-20+ years. These are impressive wines and are well worth seeking out. SP25-2

Attractive aromas of green apple, pear, lime and kiwi with hints of salt follow through to a medium body with sliced-apple and green-pear flavors and bright, crisp acidity at the finish. Clean and beautiful.

Deep garnet-purple colored, the 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon rocks up with gregarious black cherries, blackcurrants and warm plums with hints of menthol, chocolate box and fragrant earth. Big, rich and full-bodied, with loads of minted black berry and earthy layers, it has a firm, grainy frame and fantastic length. SP24-6

The 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon is a charming, sweetly fruited effort with loads of character. First produced in 1985 and all from estate fruit, aged in 70% new barrels, its healthy purple hue is followed by forward notes of redcurrants, darker berries, tobacco leaf, and loamy earth. Medium to full-bodied, with a layered, sexy, rounded style on the palate, it's perfect for enjoying any time over the coming 10-12 years or more. SP21-2

  • Altesino 2015 Brunello di Montalcino

    $59.99

    Tuscany Italy
    Wine Advocate 95 Rating
The Altesino 2015 Brunello di Montalcino shows beautiful depth and latitude, with broad fruit aromas of dark cherry and cassis that recall the warmth and golden sunlight of the vintage. The wine is deceivingly streamlined in terms of mouthfeel, but that slim and buttoned-down backbone supports a broad range of flavors and sensations, from lavender essence and camphor ash to moist soil and toasted spice. All of these elements are delivered with impressive harmony and unity, and I expect that this wine will continue on a slow, steady and satisfying aging trajectory over the next 10 years or more. Fruit is sourced from across 21 hectares of vines with tufaceous limestone soils and Alberese rock, which contributes to the freshness and balanced structure of the wine. Drink: 2021-2035. SP45-1

  • Altesino 2015 Brunello di Montalcino Riserva

    $124.99

    Tuscany Italy
    Wine Spectator 97 Rating
Laced with ripe cherry, strawberry, floral, spice, iron and leather flavors, this red is complex and charming, yet with serious tannins that ply the structure and lift the long finish. The fine balance should facilitate longevity. R45-3 SP47-2
