  • Brewer Clifton 2019 Pinot Noir

    $36.99

    Santa Rita Hills California
    Wine Enthusiast 94 Rating
For a slightly reduced price, this appellation blend allows fans of this brand to check into the magic that Greg Brewer is up to. The floral nose is redolent of violet and scarlet roses as well as pomegranate and red currant. The palate zings with acidity, presenting bright and fresh flavors of raspberry, citrus rind and herb. • Brewer-Clifton 2018 Chardonnay 3D

    $79.99

    Santa Rita Hills California
    Jeb Dunnuck 99 Rating
My favorite of the Chardonnay releases is the 2018 Chardonnay 3D, and this beauty has everything you could want from a Sta. Rita Hills release. Medium gold-hued, with a stunning nose of stone fruits, white currants, crushed stone, toasted bread, and a hints of green almonds, it hits the palate with full-bodied richness, a seamless, elegant texture, flawless balance, and a great, great finish. It's one of the finest Chardonnays in this report. SPA3-6

  • Brewer-Clifton 2021 Pinot Noir Machado

    $74.99

    Santa Rita Hills California
    Jeb Dunnuck 99 Rating
Lastly, the 2021 Pinot Noir Machado is similarly darker ruby and translucently hued and offers up a smorgasbord-like array of red and black berries, smoked herbs, underbrush, and gamey, foresty, marine-like nuances. Flawlessly balanced, deep, rich, and textured, it has an awesome mid-palate, integrated tannins, and heavenly finish. This incredible Pinot Noir stopped me in my tracks and might be the finest I've tasted from Brewer. It can be drunk any time over the coming 10-15 years. R5-1

  • Buoncristiani 2017 O.P.C. Red Blend

    $49.99

    Napa Valley California
    Jeb Dunnuck 93 Rating
The 2017 Red Blend O.P.C. checks in as a blend of 25% Cabernet Sauvignon, 38% Syrah, 20% Malbec, 12% Merlot, and 5% Petit Verdot brought up in 60% new French oak. It has a complex, nuanced style in its mulled plums, black tea, peppery herbs, and orange blossom aroma and flavors. Medium to full-bodied, rich and beautifully textured on the palate, with ripe, mouthcoating tannins, it's another terrific 2017 from this team that will evolve for a solid 10-15 years, that is, if you can keep your hands off bottles. • Bydand 2018 Red Blend

    $79.99

    Coombsville Napa Valley California
    Wine Spectator 92 Rating
Alluring, with dark plum, blueberry and açai berry flavors coursing through. The racy graphite spine is well-imbedded and the finish drips with lingering notes of anise and dark fruit. Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. Best from 2023 through 2033. 195 cases made. SP12-4

  • Camigliano 2010 Gualto Brunello di Montalcino Riserva

    $99.99

    Tuscany Italy
    Wine Spectator 96 Rating
A fluid, expressive style, full of cherry, plum, truffle, eucalyptus and tobacco flavors. Fine balance and a lively structure keep this focused and long on the finish. Decant now, or cellar another year or two. Best from 2018 through 2032. R46-1 SP46-2

  • Camigliano 2016 Brunello di Montalcino

    $39.99

    Tuscany Italy
    Wine Advocate 93 Rating
The Camigliano 2016 Brunello di Montalcino offers a more robust bouquet compared to its peers, with its dark and saturated fruit. One thing Camigliano has going for it is that it always delivers the characteristics of its environment. In this case, the vines are located in a warm, sun-drenched corner of Tuscany, and the warm ripeness of the fruit is a testament of place. R37-2

  • Campo del Drago 2015 Brunello di Montalcino

    $149.99

    Tuscany Italy
    James Suckling 98 Rating
This is the best Campo del Drago I have ever had. It really shows the unique character of the elevated single vineyard of 1.5 hectares. Black cherries and flowers with hints of sandalwood and tree bark. Always pure and beautiful. Medium to full body. Ultra-fine tannins. Lightly salty character to the cherry and berry flavors. Extremely long and beautiful. Drink after 2021. SP47-2

  • Canard Vineyard 2015 The Rescuer Merlot

    $69.99

    Napa Valley California
    Enjoyabilityfactor 96 Rating
Named after Reason P. Tucker, who lead the efforts to rescuer the survivors of the ill fated Donner Party and who also built the farmhouse in 1859 on what is now Canard Vineyard. We pay homage to Pomerol with this Merlot driven proprietary blend. It shows star anise, crushed clove, dried sage and black cherry on the nose. Ultra fat mid palate yields to a silky smooth finish of cinnamon toast, fresh blueberries and coffee that will stay with you for a long time. Aged in French oak to create a long- term, age worthy blend. This wine will cellar very well for 15+ years. 90% Merlot, 8% Cabernet Sauvignon, 2% Cabernet Franc. 19 months in new and neutral French oak. Cooperages: LeRoy and Fouquet. Only 247 cases made.
