The 2023 Chardonnay Willamette Valley, made entirely from estate fruit for the first time this vintage, was matured for 16 months in 20% new French oak. Resonance 2023 Pinot Noir Willamette Valley
Price range: $29.99 through $150.00Oregon
Decanter Magazine 94 Rating
This so-called ‘entry-level’ Willamette Valley bottling is absolutely stellar. Pretty aromatics of Moroccan spices, pine bough and deep notes of forest floor. On the palate, an elegance and finesse. Wonderful red fruits chopped mint leaves and lively blue fruit character. Forest-driven umami and a wonderfully integrated, supple mouthfeel through the finish.

Revana 2022 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon
Price range: $99.99 through $510.00Napa Valley California
Owen Bargreen 94 Rating
From the sister property of Vega Sicilia in Rioja, a partnership between the Alvarez and Rothschild families, the 2021 Macan Clasico has unrelenting freshness and is gorgeously aromatic. The vintage conditions were perfect and the wines able to achieve exceptional quality. Here, the Tempranillo is joined by 3% Garnacha, which provides additional brightness to juicy layers of red berry, cigar, and dried herb, with a foundation of supple tannins. Medium-bodied, the oak is well-integrated, interweaving the lilting spice and toast notes from a combination of French and American barrels that aged the wine for 14-16 months. With a long, silky, and finessed finish, it’s drinking perfectly now. Continue to enjoy over the next 10-15 years.

Revolver Wine Company 2019 The Stash Cabernet Sauvignon
$69.99Napa Valley California
Enjoyabilityfactor 95 Rating
The Stash started as our family wine – literally the ‘stash’ we made for ourselves each year. But with an expression of cabernet as stunning as this one, it wasn’t long before we were sharing our ‘stash’ with everyone. Soft tannins and red fruit dominate the palette in this gorgeous wine. The culmination of years of channeling Napa tradition. Blended into this pristine wine are Petit Verdot (7%) and a splash of Cabernet Franc (3%). Aged for over 28 months in 100% French oak adds to its mystique and velvety texture. -
Ridge 2012 Monte Bello

Antonio Galloni 98 Rating
The 2012 Monte Bello is one of the most harmonious young Monte Bellos I can remember tasting. Seamless and voluptuous through to the finish, the 2012 is showing beautifully today. Raspberry jam, pomegranate, white flowers, mint and spices are some of the many notes that flesh out in the glass. A wine with a distinctly red-hued profile, silky tannins, no hard edges and exceptional overall balance, the 2012 Monte Bello is simply magnificent. The 2012 is racy but also impeccably balanced throughout, with shades of the 2001 that come through from time to time. I won't be surprised if the 2013 and 2014 both eventually surpass it, but there is no denying that the 2012 is simply stunning today. This is one of the best showings yet for the 2012. BX-3 BX-3 -

Pure perfection, the 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon Monte Bello is a sensational effort from this estate that should be snatched up by drinkers and collectors. Based on 72% Cabernet Sauvignon, 16% Merlot, 8% Petit Verdot, and the rest Cabernet Franc that was brought up mostly in new American oak, this saturated purple-hued beauty is legendary Monte Bello in the making and has a stunning yet primordial bouquet of crème de cassis, lead pencil shavings, graphite, chocolate, and chalky minerality. Full-bodied, incredibly powerful, and one of the most concentrated versions of this cuvée ever made (I've had most of them), it needs a solid decade of bottle age and will have 50-60 years of overall longevity. Despite the long drinking window, it offers plenty of pleasure even today. I followed this bottle for two days and it showed best right out of the gate, closing down and becoming more brooding and backward with air. It's an incredible wine that I promise you won't regret having in your cellar. SP-3
