Elk Cove 2021 Pinot Noir Clay Court Vineyard
$44.99Willamette Valley Oregon
Jeb Dunnuck 94 Rating
Deep ruby, the 2021 Pinot Noir Clay Court is layered with floral and spice notes as well as black raspberry liqueur, anise, mossy earth, and cracked pepper. Medium to full-bodied, with an elegant mouthfeel and a beautiful texture, it offers fine tannins and a silky, clean, rounded palate of fruit. Long on the palate and very well-balanced, it’s hard to resist now, but I imagine this will improve over the next 6-8 years. -
Elk Cove 2022 Pinot Noir Mount Richmond
$44.99Willamette Valley Oregon
Wine Spectator 94 Rating
Rich yet graceful and well-knit, with lilting flavors of raspberry and blackberry that take on clove and tobacco accents as this builds structure and polish toward fine-grained tannins. Drink now through 2032. 1,187 cases made. -

The 2022 Chardonnay Charles Heintz Vineyard Isobel shimmies out with energetic notes of lemon tart, juicy grapefruit, and yuzu followed by hints of lime blossom and sea spray. The medium-bodied palate is vibrant and refreshing, with a crisp backbone and long minerally finish. This was picked on September 4, just before the heat. Most stores $89.99 -
Betz Family Winery 2019 The Untold Story Columbia Valley
$24.99Washington State
The Untold Story is deeply colored, with a dark purple core fading out to a bright magenta rim. The color is reflective of the aromatics: smoky black fruits, blueberries, blackberries, dark plums and cassis swirl about, adding incense and graphite alongside crushed herbs as it gets air. The palate is layered with a plush texture that perfectly balances fresh acidity and fine tannins leading to a lengthy finish that carries a delightful mix of bright rosemary, fresh berries and cracked spice. Most stores $39.99 R36-6 -
