St. Innocent 2018 Temperance Vineyard Hill Pinot Noir
$49.99 – $252.00Willamette Valley Oregon
Antonio Galloni 94 Rating
Limpid ruby-red. Mineral-tinged black raspberry, cherry cola, pungent flowers and exotic spices on the highly perfumed nose. Palate-caressing red and dark berry, spicecake and candied rose flavors show superb clarity, underscored by a vein of juicy acidity. Concentrated but distinctly lithe in character, with a strikingly long, focused finish that features sneaky tannins and reverberating floral and spice notes.

St. Michael-Eppan 2021 Pinot Grigio Fallwind
$26.99 – $276.00Sudtirol Trentino-Alto Adige Italy
Wine Advocate 92 Rating
Here's a new submission from St. Michael-Eppan, and a great value. The 2021 Alto Adige Pinot Grigio Fallwind is lean and fresh with an easy, rather neutral bouquet. You will recognize apple, quince, lemon and dried flower. The wine's lean-bodied approach and its fresh acidity make this a perfect partner to fried calamari. There is some flinty ash or crushed stone on the close. It ages in stainless steel (60%) and large oak casks (40%). The name Fallwind comes from the cold air that falls down the face of the mountains at sunset. Best After 2022.

St. Michael-Eppan 2022 Pinot Grigio
$19.99 – $204.00Sudtirol Trentino-Alto Adige Italy
St. Michael Eppan’s Alto Adige Pinot Grigio was born at 400-500 meters above sea level in the vineyards of the municipalities of Appiano and Caldaro. The wine is a pure Pinot Grigio, whose grapes are harvested at the end of September. The must is fermented in steel vats, where it also partially carries out the malolactic fermentation. In the glass it has a straw yellow color with light greenish reflections. The nose opens with hints of both white and yellow pulp fruit. On the palate it is warm and soft. Ideal as an aperitif on its own and as an accompaniment to simple cold land and sea appetizers.
