The 2023 Rosé Sabine is ripe, vibrant and structured. Spiced red fruit and almonds rush across the palate, supported by energetic acidity and a bit of grip that pleasantly tugs at the cheeks. This is a fine example of classically styled Provençal Rosé.

A beautiful golden hue anticipates bright tropical notes on the nose. This wine shows riper warm-climate qualities that are harmoniously balanced with the brisk acidity and lemon zest notes of the cool-climate fruit. The entry is clean and fresh, gaining midpalate weight with layered tropical and honeydew flavors, all finishing with a crisp flourish. A wine that begs for another sip.

After just one sip, the grandeur here is apparent. While this is a youthful wine, there is incredible perfume, flavor intensity, and a super-refined finish. It is drinking but will outrun many innocent Semillons by a mile. I was hypnotized by the sleek, super-cool lemon balm, white flower hints and minutes-long finish. It’s a stunning wine by a world-class winery.

A compelling meld of fresh black-plum, dark-red-cherry, black-olive and lavender aromas fill the glass. The palate is straightforward and black-fruited, with supple tannins that supporting layers of licorice, cocoa and dried herbs. This should make for a wonderful accompaniment to a juicy cheeseburger or dry-rubbed barbecue.

The Quest Cabernet Franc Blend is an exciting and unique wine. This blend displays a beautiful herbaceous nose of anise seed, warm chocolate and fresh mint. On the palette flavors of black fruit, dark chocolate, and slightly earthy nuance of leather are present. On the finish, soft fine tannins leave a light coat on the palette and mingle with a delicate touch of acidity that balance the wine allowing the flavors to linger.

Violet floral notes with cherry and plum jam, along with the mineral graphite, musk, and a hint of black pepper. Fresh, ripe juicy flavors wrapped into plum tannins. Tobacco, tea leaves, and black cherry linger on a powerful, yet harmonious finish.
