“Man-in-cor”, literally hand on heart, is one of the leaders of the biodynamic farming movement in Europe. The winery is in Italy yet everyone speaks German – this region was once part of Austria’s Sud-Tirol. This is a delicious white blend of Pinot Bianco, Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay. Ripe fruit flavors of quince, lychee and pink grapefruit with fresh herbal aromas of sage and mint. A light, “crushable” white!
