This wine is opulent, with aromas of boysenberry, black plum, black tea, violets, cinnamon and dried chicory on the nose. Flavors on the palate are black currant jam, blackberry, orange zest and lemon-vanilla cream, interwoven with dark chocolate, espresso, sarsaparilla and a dry, juicy finish. Pair with braised meats.
