Thee 2018 Mineral Springs Brut Rosé has 3.6 grams per liter dosage and was disgorged in May of 2022. Medium cherry-pink in color, it has delicate scents of watermelon, strawberry, fresh bread and wet stone. The light-bodied palate is dry and weighty with an intense core of fruit and a long, perfumed finish.
