Crafted from carefully selected lots grown in the sub-AVAs of Sonoma County’s Alexander Valley and Dry Creek Valley. Fermented in French Oak barrels with partial malolactic fermentation, it offers a delightfully lifted mouthfeel with a weighty mid- palate, balanced by its refreshing bright and fruit-forward character. Aromas of Asian pear, delicate honeysuckle, lemon preserves, and pineapple upside down cake. On the palate, fresh pineapple, and honeycrisp apple flavors mingle with tangy lemon curd. Tahitian vanilla, caramel and a light toastiness round out the finish. A ‘textbook’ expression of the cooler-climate Sonoma growing region.
