This is a very classic gruner veltliner with plenty of white and green-pepper character, plus a slew of freshly chopped herb aromas. There’s also very lively acidity for this varietal and the minerality at the finish accentuates that in a very positive way, making the 13.5% alcohol seem remarkably light. Drink or hold.
