Wolffer Estate 2024 Summer In A Bottle Sauvignon Blanc
$26.99 – $132.00Long Island New York
“The color is pale shinny yellow. The aroma is delicate with fine gooseberries, fresh dandelions, and lime. The mouthfeel is elegant yet vibrant with fine green apple notes and great balance between the nice fruit, like ripe kiwi and honeydew melon and the playful acidity. There are nice layers of skin characters and lovely lees notes backed by classic minerality giving great structure to the long lip-smacking finish. The perfect wine to pair with food, especially Oysters!” -Winery

Antonio Galloni 94 RatingDeep amber color. A wild, exotically perfumed bouquet exudes toffee, orange peel, caramel, toasted nuts and cherry pit, with a spicy topnote. Sweet, penetrating and impressively lithe for its sweetness, offering intense toffeed apple, fig paste and caramel flavors along with a touch of gingerbread. Closes with excellent clarity and length, leaving smoke, toffee and cinnamon notes behind.

Dark amber. Nutty, tangy and fresh on the nose, with exotic aromas of candied orange, toffee, cherry pit and raspberry. Wild, exotic and compelling; a riot of sweet, nutty fruit flavors in conjunction with a viscous texture. The finish is enlivened by refreshing acids. This is really suave.

Yangarra 2013 Estate Vineyard Grenache High Sands
$69.99McLaren Vale South Australia
Wine Advocate 97+ Rating

The 2013 Grenache High Sands has a medium/deep ruby-purple color and simply stunning nose of crushed raspberries, Bing cherries and potpourri with hints of lavender, star anise, vanilla, cinnamon stick and pepper. The concentrated, full-bodied palate juxtaposes remarkable freshness and a firm, finely grained backbone with voluptuous fruit spanning extraordinary depth. Heady, multilayered and yet with a solid backbone that suggests great ageing potential, Yangarra hits a whole other level with this vintage of High Sands! It's delicious now, but should greatly reward another 3-5 years of patience and drink a further 20+ years. Wow. SP39-5
