This Sauvignon Blanc offers incredible tropical notes of guava, passion fruit, and mango upon first swirl. Rowen 2018 Red Blend
$39.99 – $408.00Sonoma County California
The 2018 Rowen red blend is a lush and elegant wine consisting of wonderful high elevation, mountain fruit. The wine has aromas of dark cherries, blackberries, and sweet toasted oak from the co-fermented Viognier. On the palate, the wine is balanced and structured from the Cabernet Sauvignon with notes of juicy cassis, light floral and sweet vanilla. Co-fermenting the Syrah with the Viognier is a classic Northern Rhone technique which adds an exotic floral element to the finished wine as well as a rounder mouthfeel. Enjoy this wine now with sharp cheeses and charcuterie, grilled filet mignon, cocoa dusted chocolate torte or cellar for enjoyment for years to come. R15-5

Rudd 2014 Samantha’s Cabernet Sauvignon
$169.99Oakville Napa Valley California
Jeb Dunnuck 94 Rating
Coming all from estate fruit and made from 81% Cabernet Sauvignon, 16% Cabernet Franc and the rest Malbec and Petit Verdot, the 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon Samantha's Estate is a charming, ripe, sexy beauty that's loaded with notions of blackcurrants, spicy oak, and lead pencil-like aromas and flavors. Ripe, opulent, and much more forward and sexy than the Cabernet Sauvignon Estate, drink it over the coming 15-20 years. R46-5 -

Cool initial suggestions of lime, chalk, and buttered toast make way for decidedly sunny aromas of yellow apple, Anjou pear, peach and pluot sprinkled with white flowers. Making a luxurious texture in perfect balance with moderately tangy acidity, the fruit takes on a bit of a honeyed tropical cast in the mouth, with pineapple and mango ushering in a finishing dash of earthy lemon pepper on the long, fresh finish. The effect is effortlessly stylish.

Saint Cosme 2017 Saint-Joseph
$49.99Northern Rhone Valley France
Wine Enthusiast 93 Rating
Layers of dried sage, bramble and green peppercorns lend a Sauvage appeal to plump, juicy black cherry and plum in this wine. It’s a full bodied but graceful Syrah fringed by fine tannins. The finish is delightfully floral, etched by violet and rose-petal perfume. Lovely already, the wine should drink well through 2027. SP36-5 -
Saint Cosme 2018 Gigondas
$49.99Southern Rhone Valley France
Wine Advocate 93 Rating
Saint Cosme's 2018 Gigondas is a blend of 70% Grenache, 15% Mourvèdre, 14% Syrah and 1% Cinsault, aged in a combination of new and used oak, with 30% of the volume matured in concrete. Full-bodied and generous, it's round and supple, with no hard edges to hamper the easy flow of asphalt, red raspberries and black cherries across the palate. Boasting ample but not excessive concentration, it's a lovely, seductive example of Gigondas to enjoy over the next decade or so. SP38-10 -
Saint-Damien 2022 Vacqueyras
$29.99 – $150.00Southern Rhone Valley France
Jeb Dunnuck 92 Rating
The first Vacqueyras I’ve tasted from this brilliant Gigondas estate, the 2022 Vacqueyras has pure red and black fruits as well as textbook spicy herbs, pepper, and savory flower aromas and flavors. It’s concentrated, medium to full-bodied, has plenty of mid-palate depth, and outstanding length. I’d happily be a buyer. SP36-6
