Flavorful and silky in the mouth with good body, this wine is seductive showing wild cherries and a hint of sandalwood to complete its complex finish. The growing season was generous is length and consistent temperatures. Flavors were strong at harvest and we think 2022 will prove to be a terrific vintage.

Almost as expected, the Alto Moncayo from Campo de Borja has a powerful nose characterized by dark berries and fine wood spice, which increases in intensity and expressiveness over time and never seems to stop. On the tongue, this impression is immediately transported to the palate, while a balsamic mouthfeel takes it all for itself – a grainy tannin and a fresh acidity are a reminder that time is and remains a commandment.
