Donnachadh 2021 Pinot Noir
$39.99Santa Rita Hills California
Wine Advocate 95 Rating
The 2021 Pinot Noir Sta. Rita Hills, matured for 10 months in neutral oak, is the first appellation-wide Pinot from Donnachadh. Like the Chardonnay, this vintage was sourced entirely from the Donnachadh estate, although that may not be the case in the future. It has a pale ruby color and very pure, fragrant scents of cranberry, raspberry, strawberry, bergamot, tea leaves and herbs. The medium-bodied palate is finely chalky and wonderfully fresh, boasting concentrated red berry flavors, fine citrusy accents and a long, ethereal finish. This really stands out for its detail and expression—it’s as if the volume was turned up yet the definition preserved. R11-4 -
Donnafugata 2023 Sur Sur Grillo
$24.99 – $216.00Sicily Italy
Vinous 89 Rating
The 2023 Grillo SurSur opens with a burst of grapefruit and lime zest complicated by a whiff of savory herbs. This is highly energetic, with a zesty core of acidity and gingery spices propelled by juicy acidity. The SurSur finishes with medium length and a sour citrus resonance, resetting the palate for another tension-filled sip.

Double Diamond (Schrader) 2019 Oakville Cabernet Sauvignon
$169.99Napa Valley California
Wine Spectator 94 Rating
#1 Top Wine of 2022 – Packs in generous steeped plum, boysenberry and mulberry flavors backed by a broad swath of roasted alder and bittersweet cocoa. Brimming with dense fruit and is squarely in the not-shy style. The long finish has a serious loamy tug, too. R42-9 -
Double Diamond by Schrader 2022 Oakville Cabernet Sauvignon
$79.99 – $414.00Napa Valley California
Decanter Magazine 94 Rating
The 2022 Double Diamond Oakville Cabernet Sauvignon is crafted from the younger vines of the To Kalon vineyard, aged in 50% new oak and once-used Schrader barrels. This label focuses on blocks in the Mondavi To Kalon portion that don’t make the cut for the primary Schrader wines. Vineyard manager Blake Wood emphasizes identifying blocks within areas like the ‘P Neighborhood’ of the To Kalon site, divided into distinct parcels. The wine exhibits a bright and vibrant profile, leaning toward red-fruited characteristics with crunchy black cherry and ripe plum notes. Rich toffee and caramel spices add complexity, while firm, structured tannins support the full-bodied richness. It is a compelling and layered expression of Oakville.

Dough 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon
$16.99 – $192.00North Coast California
Mendocino fruit provides the backbone for this expressive Cabernet Sauvignon. To fully extract color and tannins, the juice was left in contact with the skins for an extended maceration period, drawing layers of aroma and flavors from the fruit while giving this wine its elegant depth and body across the palate.

Dourthe N*1 Sauvignon Blanc Bordeaux
$14.99 – $150.00France
Lively and vibrant, a nice push of peach, apricot, lemon and lime with crisp green apple. Creamy and soft, a gentle expression, but really works with enough acidity to be appealing and weight to give more of a gourmet feel. Lovely cool expression. So drinkable.

Drappier Brut Rose Champagne
$64.99 – $342.00Champagne France
Wine Advocate 91 Rating
The NV Brut Rose is very, very pretty. This is a fresh, energetic wine that impresses for its length and persistence. The wiry finish suggests the wine will drink well for a number of years, perhaps more if the fruit fleshes out.

Dry Creek Vineyard 2021 Heritage Vines Zinfandel
$21.99 – $240.00Sonoma County California
Wine Enthusiast 91 Rating
Rich vanilla bean and cocoa aromas lead to opulent blackberry and black cherry flavors in this lavishly oaked, well-polished and moderately tannic wine. It will benefit from a few years’ age to let the spicy oak notes mellow a bit. Best from 2025.
