    Price range: $15.99 through $84.00

    Abruzzo Italy

The pecorino is a light golden yellow. On the nose, aromas of ripe peach, mirabelle, exotic notes of mango, citrus and banana and almost perfumed notes of wild rose petals delight. On the palate, the wine is extremely fruity, spicy and full-bodied with a juicy and straightforward acid structure. The long finish is carried by a salty minerality and spicy-fruity aromas. A wonderfully harmonious white wine that is already enormously fun to drink at a young age, but also has a storage potential of 5-10 years.

Pale straw. Pure and bright perfume with an array of citrus covering grapefruit, lemon, lime and mandarin. Subtle gravelly tones help to weave another layer of complexity around the fruit. Juicy and fresh upfront, the riper fruit spectrum of stone fruit opens and offers an intense generosity of flavor. It follows through the mid-palate with a refreshing and quenching finish of crystalline acidity.

  • Domain Jean Francois 2020 Pinot Noir The Twelve Rows from Sanford & Benedict Vineyard

Domain Jean Francois 2020 Pinot Noir The Twelve Rows from Sanford & Benedict Vineyard

    $99.99

    Santa Rita Hills California
    Wine Advocate 98 Rating
The 2020 Sanford & Benedict Pinot Noir The Twelve Rows is a fantastic wine with tremendous flavor-to-weight ratio. Medium ruby, the nose blossoms continually from dried red cherries, strawberries and raspberries to wafts of graphite, woodsmoke, bergamot, tea leaves and violet. The medium-bodied palate’s flavors echo all those lovely aromatics, offering wave after wave of perfumed red fruit. It has abundant, finely grained tannins and is bursting with refreshing acidity that continues to call you back to the glass on the hauntingly long finish. This is the first iteration of Twelve Rows Pinot Noir that was made with destemmed fruit; generally, it is vinified with 40-60% whole clusters. It has resulted in a pure, layered expression.

  • Domaine Aurelien Verdet 2019 Hautes Cotes de Nuits Le Prieure

Domaine Aurelien Verdet 2019 Hautes Cotes de Nuits Le Prieure

    $49.99

    Côte-de-Nuits Burgundy France
    Wine Advocate 92 Rating
Bursting from the glass with notes of sweet berries, petals, peonies and raw cocoa, the 2019 Bourgogne Hautes-Côtes de Nuits Le Prieuré is medium to full-bodied, velvety and charming, with lively acids, melting tannins and a succulent, spice-inflected finish. Deeper than the 2017 and more elegant than the 2018, this gets my nod as the finest Le Prieuré of the three. SP1-1
