A surprising Italian white wine composed of equal amounts Bombino Bianco and Moscato. With so many typical Italian white wines being rather light and reserved to “salad” status this was a surprising change of pace. Pleasant aromatics combined with a hint of sweetness that captivates the palate. Here is a wine that displays a depth, a richness that was completely unexpected. Refreshing yet fulfilling, able to stand up not only as a salad wine but a wine to match up with most savory seafood and pasta dishes. A real winner at a great price.
