This Muscadet Sèvre et Maine comes from a vineyard about 4.5 hectares around Le Landreau, worked with biodynamic methods and with west and northwest exposure, in which the vineyards are about 30-35 years old. The harvest of the Muscadet Sèvre et Maine “Cuvée Classique” of the Domaine de l'écu is manual, the winemaking takes place spontaneously and the aging is carried out in concrete vats buried for 10 months. At the sight, the wine looks bright straw yellow. The nose expresses a beautiful bouquet of yellow flesh and citrus fruits, white flowers and smoke, with a great mineral appeal. The sip is dry, fresh and has good structure. It develops with great cleanliness and pleasantness to the palate, closing long, harmonious and elegant.
