Héritage du Pic Saint Loup Tour de Pierres is a red wine from the Pic-Saint-Loup appellation in Languedoc, made primarily from 50% Syrah, 40% Grenache, and 10% Mourvèdre. The Ravaille brothers cultivate their vineyards biodynamically on diverse terroir including clay-limestone soils, red clay, gravel, and pebbles at the foot of the limestone Pic Saint-Loup mountain. Traditional winemaking includes hand-harvesting and aging in large foudres. This cuvée represents a “tour of their stones,” capturing all soil types across their thousand-year-old family property. Deep red color with expressive intensity. Nose reveals forest fruits, mild spices, black olive, and wild Mediterranean herbs. Palate delivers powerful, well-balanced structure with distinctive Languedoc aromatics, refreshing acidity, and elegant tannins showcasing terroir complexity and southern generosity.
