The 2023 Cadrans de Lassegue boasts a magnificent, intense, and brilliant ruby color. On the nose, aromas of black fruit like blackberry and black currant are immediately apparent, with a lovely freshness that evolves into subtle notes of violet and spice. The palate is vibrant, fruity, and balanced. With tannins already well-integrated, the long, mineral finish testifies to the quality of the clay-gravel-siliceous soils of their vineyards. A blend of 74% Merlot, 23% Cabernet Franc, 3% Cabernet Sauvignon.
