Antonio and Amedeo’s passion for the blend gave life to this original and captivating white wine. Four different grapes, together like a small orchestra playing a wonderful tune to emphasize a moment of lightness. The grapes used are Sauvignon Blanc, Falanghina, Trebbiano and Traminer. At the end of August, the Sauvignon Blanc and Traminer are harvested, at the end of September the Trebbiano and Falanghina. Vinification / Maceration is done at low temperature after picking the grapes and thermo controlled alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
