Description
Robert planted 4 acres of Chardonnay back in 1995 because it was his wife Mary Jane’s favorite. Since then Midnight has produced a 100% estate Chardonnay from our low-yielding, concentrated vineyard. Our cooler westside climate and wonderfully acidic soils lend divine growing conditions that showcase the varietal in a clean style. The wine only goes through only 20% malolactic fermentation and is barrel aged in 20% new French oak to feature the grape and terroir of our estate vineyard.
