The 2019 Zinfandel Rattlesnake comes from the Monte Rosso Vineyard and was matured in about 30% new oak. It has a deep ruby-purple color and colorful aromatic intensity, with layers of boysenberry, apricot, salted licorice, forest floor and loads of spicy accents. The full-bodied palate is bursting with concentrated, spicy flavors, although it has a silky, softly fresh frame, and it finishes long and flavorful.
