For a wine that’s 100% cabernet sauvignon, this is very plush and soft in texture. It’s saturated in dark fruit that floods the palate and lingers in the finish. A layer of rounded tannins gently carries ripe blueberry, blackcurrant and cocoa flavors. It turns creamier and richer with repeated sips. Drinkable now, but best from 2028. 100% Tench & Sage Ridge Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon.
