Not far off the flagship cuvée, the 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley is 100% varietal sourced from Howell Mountain, Atlas Peak, Mt. Veeder, and Calistoga. It spent 18 months in just 40% new French oak. This full-bodied, incredibly classic Cabernet offers impressive crème de cassis, graphite, and lead pencil notes, terrific mid-palate depth, a wonderful sweetness in its fruit, and a great finish.
