Trimbach 2022 Pinot Blanc is a dry, full-bodied Alsatian white wine from Maison Trimbach, who have been growing grapes in Alsace since 1626. Love the vibrant and fresh nose of melon, fresh almond and white-fleshed stone fruit with a creamy and lingering white pepper spice finish on the palate. Very nicely done!

A beautiful dry white with stacks of ripe pear and yellow apple aromas plus hints of honeycomb and honeysuckle. Spot-on balance of restrained ripeness and spring-like freshness on the juicy palate. Just a touch of tannin deftly supports the clean, long finish. A cuvee of 70% auxerrois and 30% pinot blanc.
