Among these samples from Cantina Valle Isarco, the 2019 Alto Adige Valle Isarco Grüner Veltliner offers the largest and thickest aromas. You get tropical and orchard fruits with mango, nectarine, saffron, cumin and Moroccan preserved lemon. I can't help but suggest a pairing with a basic chicken, green olive and lemon tajine. The Grüner Veltliner is also the most full-bodied of the various white wines reviewed here.
